  1. In a pan add half cup of ghee,add beef fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add g.g paste,tomatoes,biryani masala, red chilli powder salt and half brown onion and let it cook for 1 to 2 hours or until beef gets cook completely.
  3. In a bowl beat yogurt with kewra water and zarda color
  4. In a plate put dried plum mint and coriander leaves,tomatoes and biryani masala and set aside.
  5. Now boil rice with salt and black cumin,strain and set a side.
  6. Now layer the biryani,
  7. In base beef masala,then pour over yogurt mixture,mint and coriander leaves, biryani biryani masala,green chilli,brown onion and cooked rice over masala,sprinkle food color,fried onion and remaining ghee.
  8. Cover tightly and put on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes,then slow the heat and put it on dum for 12 to 15.
