- as required .Curry leaves few
- 25grams .badam(fried)
- 8 .cashew nut
- as required .coriander leaves few
- 4teaspoon .refined oil
- 3teaspoon .ghee
- 4 teaspoon .til oil
- 4 teaspoon, .salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4teaspoon .imli rice masala (avilable on, online stores)
- 500grams .small potato (boiled&peeled)
- 500grams .red chilli powder one,
- As taste .salt
- a pinch .haldi powder
- 2teaspoon .gun powder
- 6teaspoon .refined oil
Instructions to make to make Lemon, coconut, imli, curd Rice
- First set a pressure cooker to cook all your 5glass of rice give 10to12glass of water. After 3or 4 pressure put off your gas flame. After 20minutes open the cooker all the rice divide in to four portion, and let them cool for sometime in the meanwhile, all the, tadka will be done for four variety rice.



- First we will start preparation for coconut rice. Take one coconut and, scarp it fully. Keep it aside.. Then take a kadai pour some ghee then pour black rai(half teaspoon) urad dal quarter teaspoon, chana dal quarter teaspoon, then add few pinch of hing, 3red chilli(suka), few curry leaves, add gun powder(one teaspoon) add your grated coconut mix these materials mixed well and fry. Add salt(one teaspoon) and fried cashew nut for taste and, eating.. Your fried item, ready to mix in plain rice.



- Next we will prepare for lemon rice. First squeeze your lemon juice by adding g a pinch of salt in to it, keep, the, vessel, aside. Then take a vessel pour some, drop of refined oil pour black rai(quarter spoon) urad dal quarter spoon, chana dak quarter spoon, a hing a pinch, add green chilli(3nos cut into small piece) curry leaves also immediately, add finally add haldi powder half teaspoon, then add salt one teaspoon, finally switch off the gas add your lemon juice and fried badam (3teaspoon)



- Then everything mix with your plain rice. Your lemon, rice ready. Decorate with fresh coriander leaves. Very tasty and healthy rice.


- Then we will start preparation, for imli rice.. Take a kadai pour some til oil (5teaspoon)pour black rai (quarter spoon) urad dal quarter spoon, chana dal quarter spoon, red chili(suka) add fried badam mixed immediately, then add curry leaves, add a punch of haldi powder, add pulikaijal(masala powder 3teaspoon) sambar powder one, teaspoon add your prepared imli puree (it should be thick consistancy) then cook for 15to 20minutes if everything blend add salt(2teaspoon, little bit of jaggery






- All the, materials mixed with oil and imli paste and masala powder nice aroma will come to your, nose.. Then, after some time mix with your plain rice. Then your imli rice, ready.


- Then prepare for your curd rice. Take a tadka vessel, pour one teaspoon pour black rai half teaspoon, green chilli 3nos, (cut in to small) hing few drops, curry leaves few then add urad dal dal half, teaspoon then switch off your gas. Then take your thick furd add one, teaspoon, of salt into it mix with your plain rice and add your tadka materials also. Then, add your curd decorate with coriander leaves. Then add for taste and attraction additional anat fruits.. Then your curd rice ready to eat



- Fir small potato subji boil small potato peel the outer skin and cut into, small piece cut your one onion in to small piece,(then ready for fry your subji) Take a thick kadai pour some refined oil pour black, rsi half, teaspoon, urad dal half teaspoon, chana dal, half teaspoon, hing few drops, fry your onion, then cut in to cubes small potato add all your masala red chilli one teaspoon, salt one teaspoon, gun powder one teaspoon, mix all your materials in to your small potato then add in your



- Fried onion mix well cook slowly add in between 2to 3teaspoon of refined oil when, your subji will be turned in to holden brown add and sprinkle rice powder for crispy.. Very tasty subji ready if you need you can add coriander leaves.
