- 1 kg Rice
- 1 cup bomeless chicken pieces into cubed
- 2 chicken yakhni sachet
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables ( carrots, spring onion, capsicum, cabbag
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tdp BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp yogurt
- 2 chicken cubes
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup Myonese
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tsp chilli sauce
Steps to make to make Bbq rice
- Boil 1 kg rice in water drain it & put on dum after 5 min on dum give coal dhwan to your rice..keep it aside.
- In another pan add 2 tsp oil add 1 cup chicken cubes, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Soya sauce, 1tsp vinegar, 1tsp yougart, 1tsp BBQ sauce, 1 chicken cube,1tsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper & cook it till it tender & dry.. then give it red hot coal dum.
- In another pan add 2 tsp oil add 1 cup mixed vegetables (1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 2 spring onion) add 1 yakhni sachet, 1tsp paprika powder, 2 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp chilli sauce..cook it on high flame for 2 min..keep it aside..
- Sauce preparation:
In big pot add 1 cup Mayonnaise, 1 cup Knorr ketchup, 3 tsp chilli sauce & mix it well. - Assemble:
In big dish 1st layer of coal dum Ricethen 2nd layer pf prepared vegetables then 3rd layer of BBQ chicken then spread sauce over it & Enjoy yummy food..
