- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions to make to make Chargha Biryani
- Sub se pehle yogurt mein sub species dal k ache se mix kardien,



- Then charghe ko ache se wash karte full clean karte masale mein cover kardein 1 hour ki marination kijega,


- 1 hour k baad alag se karahi mein oil dal k half fry kije,
- Phr ek dusri karahi lien, oil dal k garam kije, then onion golden fry kije, phr tomatoes, green chillies aur Jo charghe ka left over masala rehgaya wo add karte ache se mix kardien, then Jo half fry kia hai chargha wo masale mein dal k cook hone dien jab poora charghe k sath masala cook na hojaye heat remove nai kijega,





- Phr alag Pateele mein rice boil kije then strain kije full boil nai kijega half cook se b kum kijega phr ache se strain karte rice dry karte masale mein daldien aur thora 10 mins cook hone dien jab water dry hojaye then rice k upor chargha aur food colour dal k 10 mins aur dum pe rakhdien then onion aur yogurt k raite k sath serve kije aur enjoy Karen ye mazedar si biryani
