  1. For Chicken Marination ~
  2. 1 whole chicken
  3. 1/2 cup yogurt
  4. 1 tbls ginger paste
  5. 1 tbls garlic paste
  6. 1 tesp salt
  7. 1 tesp Black salt
  8. 1/4 tesp orange colour
  9. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  10. 1 tesp red chilli powder
  11. 3-4 boiled eggs
  12. 1/4 cup oil
  13. For Gravy~
  14. 2 tbls coriander seeds
  15. 1/2 tbls cumin seeds
  16. 1/2 tbls whole black pepper
  17. 5-6 cloves
  18. 5-6 green cardamoms
  19. 2 pieces mace (javitri)
  20. 2 tbls Almonds
  21. 2 tbls cashew nuts
  22. 1 tbls dessicated coconut
  23. 1/4 cup oil
  24. 1 small onion
  25. 1 tbls ginger garlic paste
  26. 1/2 tesp salt
  27. 1 tesp chilli powder
  28. 1/2 cup yogurt
  29. 2 tbls lemon juice
  30. For Rice~
  31. 4 cup soaked rice
  32. 1/4 cup oil
  33. 1 cinnamon stick
  34. 3-4 bay leaves
  35. 3-4 green cardamoms
  36. 1 small onion sliced
  37. 2 tbls Almonds
  38. 2 tbls cashew nuts
  39. 1 tbls raisins
  40. 1 tesp salt

Instructions to make to make Murgh Mussallim

  1. For the marination~
    In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, black salt, red chilli powder and orange food colour mix it well.
  2. Now mark the deep cuts on the chicken and apply the marination on the chicken.
  3. Put boiled eggs in the chicken and bind the legs with thread. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Then fry the marinated chicken from all sides 10 minutes from each side.
  5. Grind the (green cardamom, black pepper, whole coriander, cumin seeds, mace & cloves) first.
  6. Then grind the cashew nuts, Almonds and dessicated coconut.
  7. Grind well and Set them aside.
  8. Now take a pan add oil in it and fry the onions till golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and the grinded spices & nuts.
  9. Add red chilli powder, salt and yogurt with little water. Bhoonify the masala till oil comes out.
  10. At last add the lemon juice and pour this mixture in fried chicken then cover a d cook then whole chicken with prepared masala for 10 minutes.
  11. 💗 Rice~
    For the rice, Take a wok add oil and onion, let the onions golden brown and add bay leaves, green cardamoms, cinnamon stick, cashew nuts, Almonds and raisins.
  12. Cook for few seconds then add water according to rice. Let it simmer then add soaked rice.
    At last dum the rice till cooked.
  13. Now serve the Rice with Prepared Chicken. Murgh Mussallim is ready to serve 💕
