- 500 grams Rice
- 1 large tomato
- 1 tablespoon curd
- 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2-3 teaspoons Salt
- 2-3 tablespoons Corns
- 1 large capcisum

Instructions to make to make Veg fried rice
- Wash and soak rice for about an hour or two add salt and all hard spices I.e garam masala in it.
- Wash and chop all vegetables preheat oil besides for frying
- Once the oil is hot add in potatoes fry till golden and remove then add capsicum fry and remove next add corn and beans together fry and remove it & if you pick any other vegetables you can fry at this point.
- On the other hand, start cooking rice then take a cookware dish beside on the other stove and add oil and add bay leaf and ginger garlic paste set stove on medium flam & sauté for a minute
- Further add all chopped tomatoes let it cook till it’s soft then add salt next add whisked curd without lumps
- Once it is done the oil separates from the gravy then add all fried vegetables stir slowly then add black pepper powder and lime juice and some coriander leaves then off the flame
- Once the rice is done drained & steamed let it settle for 20 minutes at least otherwise the rice will break
- Then mix rice with light hands and add vegetables gravy taste it if anything spices required add accordingly at this point like salt and pepper.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with readymade chicken nuggets just deep fry it and enjoy with fried rice..!
