- Separate mutton pieces and yakhni(remained stock),squeeze all possible water from potli.


- Heat patili with 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup ghee with cumin seed, bay leaf when crackle add chopped onion.

- When onion turns slightly brown add sli green chilli, chopped tomato. Cook till tomato become soft.

- Add beatun curd and mix well.

- Now add mutton pieces and stock. Let it boil for few minutes.
