- 1 cup chana dal

- 1/2 cup curd
- 1-2 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- For Tempering-
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- 4 chopped green chillies
- 8-10 curry leaves
- as needed Oil

- Arrange all ingredients as shown.
Soak chana dal and rice for 3 to 4 hours in water. Grind them along with curd into a paste without adding water. Let the mixture ferment for 6 to 7 hours.
- After fermentation adds turmeric powder green Chili Ginger, sugar, salt, and soda mix well. Add some water and prepare a smooth batter.


- Grease and utensil with oil to prepare the Khaman. Add eno to the batter and add some water. Stir well but in One Direction only.
