  1. Marinate paneer for 30 mins in curd half of brown onions,2tsp ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala,haldi,salt,(half)fresh mint leaves and 1tsp sugar
  2. Heat oil. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste followed by chopped onion and few whole spices. Saute till pink. Add tomato puree with salt and other spices
  3. Spread a layer of rice on this masala. Put marinated paneer on top of it. Repeat the layers. Finally add left ovr brown onion,mint leaves. Cover and cook on sim fr 10 mins.
  4. Serve hot with onions and mint coriander chutney!
