- 1 kg Sella Rice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 big onion
- 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup oil
- 6 green chillies
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 bay leaf
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pack Biryani masala
- 1 pinch orange food colour
Steps to make to make Tuna fish biryani
- First marinate fish pieces with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, Biryani masala for 20 min.



- In wok add add oil, cut onion into slices and chopped tomatoes..
Now add in oil onions, tomatoes, green chillies all whole spices ginger garlic paste and yogurt.


- Cook till all masala cooked and oil separates..
In separate pan shallow fry marinated fish for 5 min..now add fried fish in cook masala. Now keep it aside.

- Wash and soaked rice for 1 hour.
In big pot add 8 glasses of water add bay leaves, cumin seeds and add 4 Tsp salt when water boils add soaked rice and cooked till half done now strain it and keep it aside.


- In big pateela add Biryani masala then on top add all drained rice then add good colour, coriander leaves, green chillies and put it for dum on slow flame for 10 min..



- Serve hot enjoy.
