  16. 1 tsp All spice
  17. 1 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  18. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  19. 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  20. 1/4 tsp Mace grinded
  21. 1/2 tsp Saffron
  22. 1 pinch Orange colour
  23. 1 pinch Yellow colour
  24. 1/4 cup Milk
  25. 1 tbsp Kewra water
  26. 1/4 tsp Choti Elaichi grinded
  27. Coriander Leaves as required

Steps to make to make Beef Biryani

  1. Marinate beef with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
  2. Heat half cup ghee. Add onion with marinated beef, ginger garlic paste, whole green chilies, add chopped tomatoes
  3. Cover and cook till done. Fry well. Lastly add coriander leaves, and saffron.
  4. Now put boiled rice on top of the beef mixture then colour and milk mixture and leave it on dum. Now ready to beef biryani.☺☺🍴
