- 1 Bay leaf

- 1 pinch orange food colour
- 4 cups Water

- Soak soya chunks in water for 5 minutes.

- Boil eggs, peel off and fry in oil.


- Heat ghee in pressure cooker and put whole spices.

- Add chopped onions and fry till golden in colour.


- Add garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder.


- Add salt and soaked soya chunks and cook for a minute.


- Add curd and washed basmati rice and mix well so that spices coated rice properly.


- Add water, rose water, boiled eggs,food colour and close the lid and cook for 1 whistle.



- After releasing the pressure opwn the lid and serve hot.
