  10. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  13. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Pinch asafoetida
  15. 5-6 curry leaves
  16. Instant Mango pickle
  17. 1 chopped Raw mango
  18. 1 tsp mustard seed
  19. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  20. 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  21. to taste salt
  22. 1 tbsp oil
  23. Kachri chutney
  24. 1 cup Mint leaves
  25. 1 cup Coriander leaves
  26. 4 spoon Red chilli powder
  27. 3 spoon dry Kachri powder
  28. to taste Salt
  29. For chaas/buttermilk
  30. 1/2 cup Curd
  31. 1 tsp black salt
  32. as needed Water
  33. 1/4 spoon Ginger paste
  34. 4 cup Steamed Rice
  35. 1 papad
  36. as needed Cucumber salad
  37. 1/2 lemon
  38. as needed Namkeen

Instructions to make to make Restaurant Style Rajasthani Thali

  1. Take flour,add salt, melted ghee and rub with fingers. Now wait little by little water and make a soft dough.now keep aside for 15 minutes now divide 2 in 324 equal balls roll it without dressing now make slashes with the knife on one side.
  2. Place it on a warm non stick pan slashed side down only. now flip the roti and give the pinch design with the fingertips.
  3. Once it's lightly cooked from one side transfer eat on a rock and cook 10 minutes on high flame. After cooked until you see beautiful brown colour on top. Spread ghee and serve.
  4. Wash mango and cut into small pieces then take Pan heat oil then add a supported mustard seeds cumin seeds turmeric powder red chilli powder and switch off the flame then add shop raw mango pieces and mix well and at last add salt and your instant kachi keri pickle is ready.
  5. Kachri means dry wild cucumber. Cake mixer grinder jar add all ingredients for kachri chutney grind it to a fine paste and your chutneys ready.
  6. First wash and soak dal for.one hour then cook dal with chopped tomatoes in pressure cooker.now heat oil in pan then add cumin seeds green chilli, mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves allowed to crackle. Naveda turmeric powder red chilli powder salt to taste and add cooked dal. State the dal when then add coriander leaves and lemon juice and transfer the Rajasthani dal to a serving bowl.
  7. For fried chilli take oil when oil will heat then add whole green chilli and fry 3- 4 seconds and transfer in another bowk and sprinkle salt. Take papad and old the papad with stones and start roasting the papad evenly on a low medium flame.... For salad chop cucumber and lemon.
  8. Take curd, ginger paste,black salt in vessel then blend till combined.serve into serving glass garnish with fresh pudina and serve.
